Deaf Art. Deaf People and their colourful voices (zines)

Deaf culture has a history of making zines for for it's own societies and clubs. But technology has left paper behind for the Deaf and oppressive practices have robbed them of education and the understanding of the local spoken language as their second language. But I believe zines are a powerful way to have a voice. It is this I most desire for the individual as well as the community.
